If it is named 'safe.snap' then {IFO}:FEC-{dcuid}_SDF_TYPE is set to 1. If it is named 'OBSERVE.snap' then {IFO}:FEC-{dcuid}_SDF_TYPE is set to 2. Otherwise {IFO}:FEC-{dcuid}_SDF_TYPE is set to 0.
