Revert to the 4.2.8 sequencer.

  • Still allows the new sequencer if the 'RCG_EXPERIMENTAL_SEQUENCER' environment variable is set.

Note there will be a small follow up merge request to bring the 4.2.8 sequencer up to the level of the 5.0.0 desired feature set. Closes issue 458.
