Draft: Dolphin segment id decongestion for CDSRFM on Debian 10

Dolphin debian 10 PX drivers don't allow the CDSRFM to create multiple segments with the same ID (1) on different adapters like in Deb 11 and IX.

This MR uses segment ID of 2 for X leg and 3 for Y leg which allows the CDSRFM to be comparable with all used versions of the dolphin drivers.

Advantages

This setup works for both IX and PX drivers.

Disadvantages

Uses all 4 dolphin segments, so there are now no extra for other potential uses.
