Remove unneeded libraries from the link lists for nds and dv.

Removed nsl bz2 z from the nds binary. Removed Xpm from dv.

Note #6 (closed) includes more items that are marked as unneeded. libframecpp-12 is linked at the request of the ldas-tools package config information. LibXext libICE libSM are brought in by linking with Motif. So these items will not be addressed.
