Changes to fe_simulator and awgtpman to support diaggui testing
Changes to awgtpman and fe_stream_simulator that help with testing diaggui without needing a test stand.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
