For the RCG to know about your custom checkout it needs to know two things:
1) The locations of your checkout: `RTS_VERSION`

On installs without a `userapps` checkout you will also need to set `CDS_SRC`, this is common on very simple Cymac installs, but is not needed (because it is already set) on production/test-stand build/boot servers.
