Adding a frame based injestion mechanism.

  • Reworked the data flow to bring the metadata into the same subscription service as the data, as a separate message type.
  • Added a gwf frame source for the data
  • Added an optional input filter that can merge the cds_metadata_server data stream (or ini files) with the daq data stream.
