Changes applied to debian/ for pbuilder to succeed

(removed):debian/buster into debian/buster

To fix FTBFS as reported here:

  • Provide path to cpp via ${BUILD_PREFIX}
  • Put python-* packages on separate lines for easier removal (beyond Debian Buster)
  • Remove upper limit to root-cds version

Also

  • Rename source package to dtt (to reflect the name of the upstream tarball)

This needs to be applied to all debian/* branches
