More tests and fixes to hdf export

Added tests that actually check that dtt2hdf is working, and its underlying function dtt2bunch. Also added some more tests to check that DiagAccess outputs the expected coherence and CSDs exported.

if you bump the setup.py version, you also need to bump the version.py version that the library reports to users.
