Updated version to latest tag
This patch updates the version keyword to the setup() function in setup.py to the latest release. Can we please keep this up-to-date?
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
