Set more macros by default for all screens

This MR patches the medm_{lho,llo} scripts to set all of the following macros by default for all screens:

  • IFO
  • ifo
  • SITE
  • site
  • USERAPPS

This is useful when executing individual screens in userapps, most of which rely upon some or all of those macros.
