Issue 201. Changes the plots to use a different Y axis for each channel.
The context menu for each Y axis is accessed by right clicking on the appropriate Y axis. I moved the axes to the right because of the manner in which they are be added to the layout for each plot. I have not yet attempted to address updating the implementation of triggering.
