Test robustness of volume element in different coordinate systems
Given an actual physical parameter space cell we should get the same volume computed for any coordinate choice. Test this. E.g.,
V_1 = \int \sqrt{|g(m_1,m_2)|} dm_1 dm_2
V_2 = \int \sqrt{|g(log m_1,log m_2)|} dlogm_1 dlogm_2
as long as the integral is over the same physical volume of parameterspace, e.g., the coordinates are m1=1 to m2=10 or logm1 =0 to logm1 = 1.
