Bug fixes and full tutorial

Several bug fixes as well as some general cleaning and documentation in popsummary/popresult.py.

Added a full tutorial in bin/tutorial.ipynb with the contained code mimicked in bin/example.py. New script bin/gen_mock_data.py generates mock data for the tutorial.
