- remove some lingering Python 2-isms
- replace use of glue's ProgressBar with tqdm in library code to reduce by 1 the codes in lalinspiral that depend on glue
- lalapps_thinca recently had to be migrated from lalapps to lalinpsiral, and it was easy to move this tool at the same time.
