pesummary: pin to pytest<8
This MR pins pytest<8.0.0 for pesummary < 1.0.2.
This can be reverted when any release that includes lscsoft/pesummary@2d60fe36 is approved for targetstaging, most likely sccb#1413+.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
