Publisher log has spurious lines like 'INFO No process_params table for file: [filename]'
As noted briefly in #85, the publisher's log file has a line like INFO No process_params table for file: [filename]
for every file it finds to publish segments from for LHO, LLO, and Virgo, which comes out to ~5400 files -> ~5400 lines in log files per day per IFO.
There is no process_params table in any of the current DQXML files from LHO, LLO, or Virgo or going back to the oldest files in /ifocache/ (2012, 2012, and 2016, respectively), and I think we researched this at one point and confirmed that the message about the missing table occurs in the oldest log files we have (2015? 2016?).
Note, however, that the process_params table does occur in current GEO files.
Can the publisher code be modified to only print the message if a GEO file is missing that table, or not print the message at all, if it doesn't provide useful information? This would reduce each IFO's publisher log file by ~125*5400 = 675,000 bytes per day.
