Removed trailing whitespace wherever I could find it

Ghost User requested to merge github/fork/duncanmmacleod/trailing-whitespace into master

This PR fixes ~350 whitespace 'errors' by stripping all trailing whitespace from lines.

I manually didn't strip whitespace from print statements, so as not to clash with changes in #18.
