Removed non-user-facing executables

Ghost User requested to merge github/fork/duncanmmacleod/clean-bin into master

This PR cleans up the distribution by removed some unneeded binaries. I suspect two of them are still useful from a publishing point-of-view, but can easily be recovered into a separate VCS for publishing.
