Removes old installation scripts and cleans up and renames current SL7 script

Robert Bruntz requested to merge robert.bruntz/server:update_sl7_script into master

Old scripts are obsolete. Checked all content against current SL7 script, and nothing needs to be retained, so they were deleted. Updated SL7 script to clarify one block of code and to delete several comments that are no longer needed. Renamed SL7 script.
