Fix issues with output formats, old URLs, printed license text, and spaces

Removes blank lines in license text in various files Removes extra spaces, mostly at ends of lines, in various files Fixes an issue that prevented ascii and tsv files from being generated and saved - see "Some segments-web payloads might be inaccurately empty" - #16 (closed) Fixes some outdated links for Virgo/EGO pages - see #11 Fixes an issue that caused license text to be printed on every web page - see #14 (closed)
