Source the mamba profile script if available

Duncan Macleod requested to merge duncanmmacleod/gitlab-ci-templates:mamba-activate into master

This MR updates the .conda:base template to source the profile.d mamba.sh script, if available, which should enable mamba activate and similar commands.
