• new table on superevent page w/ g-event info, upload times, and when it was added and set as preferred
• visual fixes
• fixing TOC flowing off of viewable page
• spelling and semantic fixes

Edit: adding the log message loader into a new merge request in order to get https://git.ligo.org/computing/sccb/-/issues/1250 into production sooner
