  • Add some helper functions for pipeline permissions
  • Add the SGNL pipeline as CBC pipeline
  • Create associated permission migrations using the shiny new permission tools
  • Create "uber" migration to set up permissions for scitoken uploaders
  • modify user-info response to show pipeline upload permissions
