The major change in this merge request is the upgrade to django-2.2.10 and django-guardian-2.2.0, but also includes AWS elasticache tweaks, the EarlyWarning and SubGRBTargeted search labels, and a band-aid "fix" for EFS errors that have been popping up occasionally.
