Changes for 2.9.1

Changes are as follows:

1. Adding support for "EarlyWarning" voevent type
2. Adding time_coinc_far and space_coinc_far data models for Superevents
3. Stuff Superevent LVAlert and httpresponse dictionary with preferred event dictionary.
4. Enabling django gzip middleware to compress large http responses.
