graceid and superevent_id moved into db

Alexander Pace requested to merge flattened_superevents into master

requires a loop over every superevent and event with an object.save() to make it work. but it seriously cuts down on query times. There are some setting changes to unify the single vs dual lvalert overseer configuration. For production, make sure to set ENABLE_IGWN_OVERSEER=false in docker compose. But then the xmpp loops and the homepage message should be consistent.
