Include gw_data_find script in package

Duncan Macleod requested to merge duncanmmacleod/gwdatafind:gw_data_find into master

This PR updates the package to include the gw_data_find script, previously provided by lscsoft-glue. This will require a concurrent re-release of glue to remove that script from its distribution.
