Rename SRPM

Duncan Macleod requested to merge duncanmmacleod/gwdatafind:spec-rename-srpm into main

This MR renames the source RPM (srpm) so that it doesn't have the same name as one of the binary RPMs, which can cause annoying problems when building/testing. python-<pkgname> is also the standard for SRPM names, so this is better.
