Fix find_times calls with no GPS input
This MR fixes a regression from !38 (merged) where calls to --show-times with no GPS start/stop were broken.

Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
