pmdc 1.0.3 - packaging release This release updates the packaging for the Python 2 implementation of PMDC. There are no API changes in this release, only packaging changes, principally - separate scripts into their own binary package [https://git.ligo.org/computing/gwdatafind/pmdc/-/merge_requests/11] This will be the last release to support Python 2, starting with 1.0.3 all releases will be Python >=3.6 only.
