Remove 'POST' method support

This MR removes support for POST requests, we don't actually support POST; the default for route() is GET so we don't need to specify it at all.

I realise this is included currently as part of !6 (merged), but this should be part of %"GWDataFind Server 1.0.2" so I have posted it separately.
