Add tests for kafka2fdio and fdio2kafka
This merge request adds a test for kafka2fdio and fdio2kafka interfaces. Also, add a skip to the status topic test if KAFKA_BROKER environmental variable is not defined.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 19 November 2024 starting at approximately 9am MST (4pm UTC, 8am PST).
