Excluding kafka2fdio, kafka2frame (and reverse) from rpm
Excluding kafka2fdio/fdio2kafka and kafka2frame/frame2kafka from distribution in the rpm. The former is more interesting for a Virgo/Conda environment, and the latter has dependency issues still to be worked out.
