Split off the interfaces into a different repositories

Rhys Poulton requested to merge rhys.poulton/igwn-lldd-common:split_off_interfaces into main

Because the separate interfaces and the underlying library has different dependencies it makes sense to split up the repository into different repositories. This ensures that only the required dependencies are installed for the desired interface.

This merge request removes all the interface scripts and related CI tests so that only the core igwn-lldd library is present in this repository.
