Fix for status topic and add further CI tests
There was a small bug in the name of the current time when calculating the fast forward to timestamp. In addition, CI tests have been added to test this part of the code.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 19 November 2024 starting at approximately 9am MST (4pm UTC, 8am PST).
