Simplify requests usage with igwn-auth-utils 1.0.0
This MR simplifies the way that requests are handled by relying on the new functionality / argument handling from igwn-auth-utils 1.0.0.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 24 September 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
