Add Buster package names.

To the metapackage metadata, I have added package names available in Buster - there have been transitions affecting libasan, libcfitsio, libgsl, and the whole of openjdk. For the latter, we should probably move to "default-jdk" in general.

@adam-mercer can you review and merge this so I can continue my Buster install tests?
