Add python2-gstreamer1 into lscsoft-gstlal metapackage for ongoing python2 analyses

While I did not anticipate this to be an issue, it turns out that the removal of this package is causing some issues with ongoing GstLAL analyses since they indirectly expect this to be available, so this adds the package back in until those analyses are complete and we sunset python 2 support completely.
