Conditioned spectra for three channels at three different sampling frequencies
If you tried to calculate e.g. the partial coherence between two channels chanA
and chanB
with different sampling frequencies fs_a
and fs_b
, and removed an excitation chanE
with a third, distinct sampling frequency fs_e
,
then the spectra needed for calculating the partial coherence will not fit together because they'll all have different lengths.
Need to write some convenience functions for quickly calculating the PSD and CSDs between all channels at the lowest sampling frequency. The decimation functionality in calc_csds()
will be useful here.
