It looks like support for X509 certs in going too computing&25 , so I'll need to change things to use SciTokens computing&25 (see https://computing.docs.ligo.org/guide/htcondor/credentials/#scitokens-examples-cvmfs).

For an example of this switch over see lscsoft/bilby_pipe!570 (merged).
