Chain hacking GUI

A GUI for manually pulling out MCMC chains which are suffering from substantial burnin, in order to seed new, more efficient MCMC runs. Note that, for ensemble samplers, these hacked runs should only be used as an initial state, as the chains which appear reasonable will be biased by the bad chains, so an additional burnin period is always needed.
