EOSManager: provide tool to extract a single EOS object realization for conventional processing from EOSSequenceLandry, default is lalsuite organization

test_eosmanager_misc.py: want to have use case example for EOSManager in test, for easier reference for students

physics/GWSignal.py: modes (pyseobnr) were not tapered -- force appy tapering to rift_gwsignal.hlmoft, as in lalsimutils.  Also fix bug in var name in complex_hoft

physics/GWSignal.py wrapper: (a) add tapering if the signal is truncated to fit into our domain, (b) draft of complex_hoft function. Neither well tested due to numpy 2.0 blocking on test machine

plot_posterior_corner.py: add --external-exact-marginals , so user can provide exact corner plots (2d marginals and 1d PDFs)

hyperpipe: randomize order of grid-*.dat files with shuf, so followup isn't accidentally ordered (first N are taken from file)

dag_utils: write_CIP_sub: hyperpipe use case, to make sure SINGULARITY_BASE_EXE_DIR_HYPERPIPE available for use
