Reconcile the O4 standard channel lists with what is currently in frames

Currently the O4 standard channel lists have inconsistencies with the frames. Channels in the ini file do not exist in frames, some channels were renamed (made more permanent), and others have higher sampling rate now.

This MR fixes these issues
