Change ADC_0 to ADC_4 for EX and EY current clamp

This MR changes the ADC_0 to ADC_4 as per https://alog.ligo-la.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=66683, though note that we are suspicious of the "previous channel" name for the current clamp
