H1-O3-standard.ini: Remove nonexistent auxiliary channels

These 16 channels aren't present in H1 lldetchar frames anymore. I couldn't find the corresponding alogs for them, but have checked for the existence of them doing an FrChannels on the newest lldetchar frames from /dev/shm.
