Add squeezer suspensions to the H1 and L1 standard channel lists

To help in hunting down glitches during high-sensitivity lock stretches, this PR adds optical squeezer suspension channels to the O3 standard and deep channel lists for H1 and L1, including translational and angular motion in ZM1, ZM2, OPO, and OFI.
