Adding CAL CFTD (Corrected For Time Dependence) and individual actuation stage channels

This merge request adds individual actuation stage DELTAL_CTRL channels to the H1 and L1 deep lists, and the new CFTD (Corrected For Time Dependence) channels to the standard and deep lists.
