Add the squeezer IR_LF channel for omicron analyses and omega scans

This MR adds a channel, SQZ-LASER_IR_LF_OUT_DQ, to the standard and deep channel lists for H1 and L1. This is useful for tracking down whistles coming from the squeezer, in omicron and omega scans.

Note, this also removes trailing whitespace from the affected files.
