Added SQZ channels for Hanford

This MR adds SQZ channels to the Hanford standard and deep channel lists. The SQZ channels chosen are all-and-only the ones in common with those SQZ channels configured for Livingston.

Methodology for forming the channel list is as follows:

  • Take the SQZ channels configured for LLO and replace L1: --> H1:
  • In python, form the set of these channels
  • Compare this against the set of SQZ channels available in frames with sample rates > 16 Hz; of these, one channel (SQZ-OPO_IR_LF_OUT_DQ) does not exist at Hanford, so I removed it
  • Add the 48 remaining channels to the Hanford standard and deep lists
